July Favorties

July is almost over, that means July favorites!

I have four favorites for this month

and here they are!

This dress is very similar to the

dress that I bought in H&M.

I love the color and it's perfect for summer.

I've already done a review on this palette,

I love it!

The colors are gorgeous and it's very affordable.

I got this cute skater skirt from H&M.

It has a silver zipper on the back.

I have been using it so much this summer!

I've been using the travel version of
John Frieda, sheer blonde go blonder, and it
works really well. I already see a difference
after using it four times.

Sleek Makeup Palette - review

My lovely sister recently bought this pretty palette for

me when she was on holiday in Brighton.

It's the Sleek makeup palette in oh so special 658.

The Sleek palettes are available at Superdrug for £7.99.

All the colors are really pretty. There are 12 eyeshadows

in the palette, 5 are shimmery and 7 are matte.

I love how the compact has a big mirror so when

you are on the go you can just grab the palette with you ;)

The only thing I don't like about the palette is that you have

to put so much on when you are using the light matte colors,

otherwise it's like you're not wearing an eyeshadow.

My favorite apps

I thought it would be fun to show you guys what my

favorite apps are on my iPad mini. You can get most of the

apps also on your iPhone or on google play store.

Calendars +

This is the best calendar app I have found.

 I use it everyday and it's super easy to use. 

When you plan a new event you can chose

what color you want you use and add a reminder.

You can also make a task list which I think is great.

Bloglovin

I love checking out all of my favorite blogs

on my ipad. This is also really easy

to use and it looks and works like the website.

Instagram

I just made a account for my blog on Instagram,

it's purpleflamingo025 so make sure you are following me.

Pinterest

Pinterest is so inspiring, I usually look at

pictures related to beauty, fashion, interior design

and more.

Candy Crush

Who doesn't love Candy Crush?

It's so addictive and I love playing it.

Most of you probably have tried so I 

don't think I have to explain what it is about.

Beauty Wonder of the Month - Oatmeal

The Beauty Wonder of the Month is oatmeal!

You may be surprised by how oatmeal is healthy for you.

Oatmeal is full of fiber and it also contains protein, omega-3, iron,

thiamine and more. 

Oatmeal is full of antioxidants, it's good for your blood sugar,

it's gluten free and it can prevent the development of breast cancer*

Oatmeal is also very good for your skin. You can make oatmeal masks,

it will make your skin softer. You can use oatmeal to treat acne and it

may reduce pimples. You can also rub oatmeal on your face

to remove dead skin cells.

As you can see oatmeal is super healthy 

and it's also good for your skin.

Clean & Clear - review

I was at the store the other day when I saw the Clean&Clear truly gentle products.

I decided to try the facial wash and facial lotion.

I use the facial wash on my face when it's wet

to get my make up off. After that I apply

the facial lotion, using a cotton pad to make sure

I'll get all the make up off.

I love how my skin feels after I have used the facial wash and

lotion. It's really soft and doesn't feel dry at all.

I have dry and sensitive skin and it works really well for me.

The products from Clean&Clear are really affordable.

There's one thing I don't like about the facial wash and lotion,

the smell is a bit weird. It's hard to describe the smell

but it smells a bit like mouthwash. I'm really excited to 

try the Clean&Clear morning energy products.

Favorite Summer Reads

Don't you just love lying in the sun and reading a book.

I put together a little list of my favorite summer reads!

I love the Shopaholic series!

I watched the movie before I read the 

book and honestly I didn't like the movie as

much as I though I would. I decided to give the

book a try, and I'm really glad I did because 

I read the whole series. There are six books in the series

and they are all written by Sophie Kinsella.

The books are not hard too read and they're really funny and

if you love shopping (maybe if you love it too much) you will

love these books.

I was so upset when The Secret Circle (the TV-show) 

was cancelled, so I decided to read the books. I've  

just finished the first book and I can't wait to get started

on the next book. There are six books in the series, the

first three books are written by L.J. Smith and the last three

books are written by Aubrey Clark.

This book is about teenage witches so if you like the

Vampire Diaries, I think you will love The Secret Circle.

I love love love Bridget Jones, she's so funny.

Bridget Jones's diary is written by Helen Fielding.

There are two books in the series but I have only read

the first one. This book is also very easy to read

and if you liked the movie, you will love the book.

I have been loving Mindy Kaling's TV- show,

The Mindy Project so I decided to read her book,

Is Everyone Hanging Out With Me? Mindy 

is soooo funny, everything she says is funny, I love her.

If you watch The Mindy project you will like this book.
